Dětský svět u Hafíka - Operational rules

By buying the tickets and entering to “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA”. Visitor agrees with operational rules of the company “U Hafika” and obeys them.
The visitor is obliged to act in a way that would not bother other visitors or would not cause any harm to other visitors in the premises of the children’s world “U Hafika”.
The entry to “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA” is priced according to the following pricing list:
The playroom is intended for children in age of one to fifteen, there is different age restriction for the following attractions:
1. The room for the smallest ones, including the jumping castle is intended for children of age between one and fifteen years.
2. Multifunctional climbing frame – attraction is intended for children 3-15 years.
3. Inflatable climbing wall- attraction is intended for children 3-15 years.
4. Inflatable slide – attraction is intended for children 3-15 years.
5. The big inflatable castle - attraction is intended for children 3-15 years.
6. Pool – attraction is intended for visitors 10 years old and older.
7. Table football, air hockey – attractions are intended for visitors 3 years old and older.
8. Xbox 360- attraction is intended for all visitors without restrictions.
The visitor is obligated to abide the rules set for use of each of the attractions. These rules are located on each of the attractions.
Climbing out the outer sides of the attractions is strictly prohibited.
Climbing up the slides is strictly prohibited, the slides can only be used to slide down. After sliding down the visitor is obligated to clear the end of the slide area after sliding.
The child is allowed to enter only with accompaniment of an adult person of 18 years old or older. This person is fully responsible for the child during all times during the visit.
The accompanying adult person is also responsible for any possible harm on the child caused by the child’s dangerous behaviour. The management or staff is not responsible for any possible harm on the children.
Visitors are obligated to mind smaller children and behave in a way that would not cause the small children any harm.
The whole area of “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA” is strictly non-smoking. Smoking on the premises is consider as a strict violation of the operational rules.
Animals are not allowed of the premises of “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA”.
The visitors are obligated to take their shoes off by the shoe racks. The entry to the clean zone is allowed only in socks or clean slippers. The entry to attractions is allowed only in socks due to security reasons.
The entry to attractions is allowed only in sport clothes, which will not damage the attractions especially by sharp parts that might penetrate the inflatable attractions. The company is not responsible for any damages on the children’s clothes incurred during their time in the playroom or attractions.
The entry with prams is allowed only after washing the wheels and after confirming with the staff.
Visitors can only consume food and drinks purchased here. This does not apply to a baby food or for people with special diet requirements or allergies.
The consumption of food, drinks, gums and other refreshments is only allowed in the area of the coffee bar. The coffee bar area is the area with the tables and chairs. The consumption of food, drinks, gums and other refreshments in other area than the coffee bar area is forbidden due to hygienic and safety reasons and is considered a severe violation of the operational rules.
The visitors are responsible for using all the facilities of the “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA”, especially attractions and the equipment of the playroom. The visitors are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or caused purposely on the attractions, equipment or other visitors.
In the event of severe violation of the operational rules, repeated violation of operational rules or aggressive behaviour of the children the staff is authorized to banish the visitor from the premises of “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA” without a claim for entry refund.
By entering to “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA” the visitor accepts a possibility of being photographed. The visitor also accepts that these photographs can also appear on the internet channels of “THE CHILDREN’S WORLD U HAFIKA”.
